About Dr. Christpher L. Trimner DC

Park City Chiropractor – Mountain Sports Chiropractic – Pain Management, Chiropractic Care

Certificates and license for Dr. Christopher L. Trimner DCDr. Chris Trimner was born and raised in northern Wisconsin. He spent his youth in Park Falls, Wisconsin enjoying the outdoors and organized sports including running track, cross country and playing ice hockey.  Dr. Trimner has personally used chiropractic care since 3rd Grade. He is a firm user and believer of regular chiropractic care. In third grade, he fell off of the playground equipment, and injured his cervical spine. His parents, being firm believers in chiropractic care, took him to a chiropractor rather than a hospital. Had he gone to a hospital, chances are they would have fused his cervical spine, causing him to never be able to play contact sports again. Instead, the chiropractor was able to help him without any surgery needed. This created a passion within Dr. Trimner for chiropractic care, and the desire to become a chiropractor was born. Dr. Trimner then went on to play ACHA College hockey at Northern Michigan University in Marquette, MI.  Dr. Trimner then moved to Minneapolis, MN to attend Northwestern Health Sciences where he received his doctoral degree in chiropractic as well as a BS in biology.  While attending Chiropractic school Dr. Trimner continued to play competitive college hockey. Dr. Trimner also started and was president of the sports council at Northwestern Health Sciences.

Dr. Trimner has completed three chiropractic service missions, two to Trinidad and Tobago, and one to Cuba, where they did free adjustment to locals. They also taught spinal hygiene to the children.

Dr. Trimner still values athletics as he still plays hockey, golf and is very involved in water sports.  He is also an avid snowboarder, and is a snowboard instructor at The Canyons.  This love for athletics helps Dr. Trimner understand athletes and how to help them achieve their peak levels of health and wellness.

Dr. Trimner moved to Park City in 2011 after graduating chiropractic school with his black lab Raley.  Since moving out to Utah Dr. Trimner has been very active in the community, including becoming the team chiropractor of the Park City Moose, the local junior hockey team.
